Condition of Property
Upon arrival, so as not to be charged, guest must immediately provide written notification to 20/20 Real Estate Services, Inc. of any existing damage in the unit. The unit must be left in the same condition as you found it upon check-in with the exception of normal wear. Guest must follow all checkout procedures provided in Welcome Packet and posted on the refrigerator in each unit. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the Guest’s invitees, visitors or other persons invited onto the premises. When coming from the beach, 20/20 Real Estate Services encourages guests to wash off sand from feet and beach-related equipment by using the outside showers. No unsafe or unsightly conditions may exist on any premises or common area (i.e. beach towels hanging over railings). Due to fire code, beach chairs and related items cannot be stored on the walkway; they must be taken inside the unit.
