Seachase E404 is located on the fourth floor (which, at Seachase, is the equivalent of the fifth floor due to one level of parking under the building).
This huge 1400 square foot, 4th floor unit is the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan on the beach. Every room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass to experience the view. The entire back wall of this nearly 60’ wide condo is floor to ceiling glass.
A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $95 per pet applies.
Two seasonal (typically 3/1 - 10/31) beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit E404.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.
*The Peak Summer Season (approximate dates are after Memorial Day Weekend thru the 2nd week of August) are Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
*Please inquire for MONTHLY RATES. Monthly Fall rates are available for November and December. Monthly Winter rates have a minimum of January and February with an option of staying thru the 3rd week of March. The month of March will not be available as a stand alone monthly rental.
At our gorgeous Seachase condominium you get everything you could want for your beach vacation. We have uncrowded sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, and only one mile to the fabulous Pier Park. Seachase is located on the quieter west end of the beach near the intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. You don't have to fight the traffic to get to this place.
This unit was totally renovated with tile floors, high end furniture, dishes, textured walls, commercial vinyl wallpaper, stainless steel appliances, lighting and plumbing. No expense was spared. It comes complete with a full-size washer, full-size dryer, smooth top stove, microwave oven, cable TV, DVD and even has free high-speed wireless Internet access!
It features two master bedrooms with a massive king bed in one room and two very elegant queens in the other. There is a very nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining table seats six and we have a snack bar that seats four. This is a 4th floor, quiet east end unit in an eight-story building. Enjoy 600-plus-feet of private beach front. Covered and outside parking is on site and directly below the condo. No need to cross a 300’ sky bridge to get to your car. No smoking in unit (balcony okay).

* The events listed above are meant to assist the guest and are not necessarily all inclusive for the area. Some events may have been added, cancelled or changed. Management is not responsible for any event modification, as we do not schedule or monitor these events. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to research the area before finalizing their vacation dates.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation by guest of reservation at any time after payment of Security Deposit will result in forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit. All cancellations must be requested and confirmed in writing. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that Guests purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with a full refund to the guest for any units that the owner has withdrawn from the rental program or which in our sole discretion, deems uninhabitable. Further, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement, with a full refund of any deposits or rents paid, if we, in our sole discretion, finds Guest or members of Guest's party to have left a property in sub-standard condition during a current or previous rental period.
REFUNDS: Refund of monies charged shall only be made under the following circumstances: (1) if we are not able to relocate Guest to a comparable accommodation: (2) we are able to re-book the property for the same time period and at the same rental rate as the initial booking, (3) the property is deemed unfit for habitation, (4) the property has been sold by the owner, (5) the property has been removed from our rental program, (6) access to the property by visitors has been prohibited by authorities, (7) see HURRICANE POLICY BELOW. If a portion of the reserved dates is re-booked by another guest at a comparable rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. There will be NO refunds given due to housekeeping issues. Please notify our office immediately to have any cleaning concerns corrected. There will be NO refunds for early departures for any reason including inclement weather and evictions. All refunds, whether in whole or in part, are subject to a 15% processing fee on all monies charged.
HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.
